The Best Childhood Memory

I have the best childhood memories. But among them, I love the way we get attached to the Sinhala Hindu New Year's Eve in childhood, the new year rituals, the way we wear new clothes and go to our relative's houses happily, and the way we are happy with the gifts we get from our relatives. When I remember them, I feel very happy. When the milk boils in the living room on New Year's Day, my brother, sister and I are the first to sit there. After that, we can't wait for the milk to boil where we are. The three of us use every trick to boil the milk on the side where they are sitting. Then come the transaction ritual. The first thing mother does is take the water bottle from the stove and pour it around the well. Mother told me that the first thing to do with the well is because it always gives us water every day. then there is the ritual of eating food. First, Father feeds all of us milk rice. Then mother feeds. After that, give betel leaves to mother and father and worship them. I feel very happy because of the blessings received from them. When I get blessings from mom and dad, mom and dad always tell me to study well and be a good person. At that time, I get a little sensitive. It's always happened to me. And I remember my father making us a swing before new year. My sister and I enjoy riding the swing. I said this is one of my best childhood memories. I love that memory very much.
